Hendersonville Montessori Academy has been in Hendersonville for 22 years. Formerly Country Day Montessori School, we have had a lot of recent growth and a need for the complete program through the elementary grades, so we updated our name along with a newly renovated and enlarged building. Students now have a chance to complete the entire Montessori Program from Toddler through Grade 5.
We would like you to travel through our program (Toddlers, Primary Classroom, then Elementary) and at the end of your journey, after seeing the many different ways of learning that students have the opportunity to do, we would like to ask you a question.
After the journey…
Do you understand how children that have the opportunity of remaining in this Montessori Program for three to five years will have a different way of thinking, reasoning, problem solving and getting along with other people???
Because it really happens: Montessori builds Creative Thinkers, Eager Learners, Goal Setters, Students who care for the world and the people in it!
The following is a list of books that would benefit the parent on understanding Montessori Education.
